Who is the OMAD Mama?

Hey there! I'm Martie Mesubi, the OMAD Mama. I'm a wife and a mom who discovered OMAD (One Meal a Day) after having my second daughter a little over a year ago.  My weight loss story is incredible. I have lost close to 80 lbs in the last eleven months practicing an intermittent fasting lifestyle and have experienced so many great benefits from eating this way. I absolutely love this lifestyle and I'm excited to share it with you!



OMAD stands for One Meal A Day. It is another form of intermittent fasting.  It means you fast for 23 hours in the day and eat one main meal within a one hour time frame.  The great thing about OMAD is that you can eat the delicious hearty foods that you love while benefitting from the fasting that happens prior to your meal and still lose weight. Although many people do, you don't have to start your journey eating OMAD, check out the "How Do I Start" section for the many other forms of intermittent fasting that you can choose from. 


Healthy Living & Intermittent Fasting

While you can enjoy the meals that you love while practicing the OMAD/Intermittent fasting lifestyle it is important to be mindful of what you eat during your eating window. Adding healthy foods such as grains, proteins and fats are always the better way to go while on OMAD, especially if you are fasting for weight loss. Getting enough sleep, reducing stress and gaining control over food are just a few of the healthy life benefits you will experience with the OMAD lifestyle.
